Shipping policy

We charge a shipping fee of $10 per order for North Island deliveries and $15 per order for South Island deliveries.  All parcels are sent via tracked courier with Post Haste. This includes rural addresses, and Waiheke Island.

Please note: if additional items are purchased alongside a rug, they will be shipped separately, and shipping charges will apply to each shipment.

All orders (excluding pre-orders) will be dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. During peak periods or sales, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. If your order is urgent during these times, please email shoppe@twill.co.nz with your order number, and we’ll do our best to arrange priority shipping.

Once your order has been processed and collected by Post Haste, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.  If you have any delivery instructions, please leave them in the order comments at checkout. If the courier cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a ‘Card to Call’ so you can arrange redelivery.

Estimated delivery times:

• North Island (non-rural): 1–2 business days after dispatch

• South Island (non-rural): 1–3 business days after dispatch

• Rural deliveries: Please allow an extra 2 business days on top of the above times

Twill Shoppe is an online-only store and does not have a showroom. If you’re local and wish to collect your order, please email shoppe@twill.co.nz to arrange collection.
